Shoulder pain

I have been suffering from a sore left arm for around 6 days, my left hand and elbow hurt. It also goes into my shoulder at times and my arm tenses a lot especially if i press on my shoulder. i spend a lot of time leaning on it but this hasn't happened before, i also suffer from pins and needles, i get them in my legs and arms but mostly in my left arm below the elbow, i take propanolol and suffer from panic attacks
