Hey guys, this comic is on Reddit today and I thought I'd share it here as it really applies to those of us who've struggled with HA. If there's one thing I've learned over the last few years it's that I'm far stronger than I first thought, and my body is waaaaay stronger than HA made me feel sometimes. This is a nice little breakdown of one way to tackle things when we get overwhelmed :)
