Hey so I'm suffering from anxiety and today my thigh was a bit sore (like a mild bruise) it hurt when I pressed on it but only slightly. Then my hip started aching at the back and it comes round to the side of my hip. My ankle aches also ans I have a slight tingling sensation in my foot. Is it because I've leaned on it funny or is it caused by anxiety?
