Hit my head at 6pm earlier and all of a sudden I'm sweating, feeling sick got a brain zap, ringing ears and can't sleep!!!! Could this be something serious??

Its better to get this checked only a doctor can tell you ,but it does sound like your anxiety has kicked in aswell xx
