After a year of no periods I have just had three in three months...
How ever i have also not noticed weight gain (about a stone) I think
56 kgs to 65 kgs... I am 5 foot 1 and am very worried I don't know if this is related or not...
Today I have had
Porridge and fruit
Greek yoghurt and fruit
Glass of fruit smoothie
Cup tea....

I have been pigging out a bit recently so could just be that but I'm very very very worried its hormonal and ill end up 20 stone :(
I'd be so embarrassed .

My mum has also noticed it...
I reckon it's from too much food she's not sure...

Emma,

it's normal to have periods every month, why are you worried now?

It means your body is healthy and working as it should.

Do you know why you didn't have periods for a year? Were you undereating or on medication?

No
Had blood test couldn't find nothing
Normal eating
No meds
All the doctors kept saying was 'oh just come back in six months)

Then I wouldn't worry. Monthly periods are far more healthier than no periods at all.
