Swelling above elbows

Just above my elbows on the inside of my arms I have slight swelling, it's essentially a raised patch. My mum can't see anything but I can feel it when I bend my arms and I can see it, it's only a slight raise but it's on both arms, no pains or bruising. What could it be? I suffer greatly from panic and health anxiety

We are not Drs... go and get it looked at... I'm sure its nothing

If it is on both arms it is unlikely to be a terrible disease. Probably you are noticing the shape of your body for the first time, in a place you never looked closely before.

People without anxiety probably wouldn't think anything of this, unless it got bigger after a week, or was painful.
