Im Carolina and I found out about this website today :)
Im happy I found this because i was panicking again, as I always do, about my health. I often think I could die from any pain I get. I cant control it very well and my heart races and I cant relax so finding this website has really helped me today because I can totally relate to what I read therefore I understand my condition better and I can accept that what I feel matches what I read. I didnt know about the term " health anxiety " until today so I did learn some useful tips.
Im 19 years old and Im currently studying veterinary medicine which also helps a bit to make me more stressed...
Anyway I hope everyone is feeling good today!
