well after the stress of the dr visit who wanted me to see a cardiologist as a precaution (which i havent as yet due to other reasons) i ended up with severe gastrointeritis for 5 days
BUT
after that went nearly 2 weeks ago my blood presssure has been lower than it has in years ie 122/78 - 130/84 where before it was 220/120 at docs
also my attacks have lessened daytime, and only have occional attcks in the middle of the night and a lot less symptoms in daytime
i think its because i havent been thinking about it anymore due to other worries, hubby just got months notice at work and the family i childminded just moved out of the area so money worries extreme yet anxiety seems to have calmed down
what a strange way our bodies work
