Dull chest pain freaking me out completely

A dull aching, slightly right of centre. Built over about 3 hours. I've had a lot of heart tests and I'm a 22 year old girl, but I've had odd cardiac-seeming symptoms my whole life so I do still get very freaked out when I get something new. I do have a lot of chest wall pain and it may have been that, but it felt 'bad'. I ended up with my heart going 160 and vomiting, but i don't know if that was panic or something worse. My mom refused to drive me to a and e cos I've been there so often before. Anyone else had dull chest ache?

Yeah sure. I get chest "aches" a lot. I can only speak for myself, but many times its ovulation or PMS related. Other times, its gas (yes even in the chest), sometimes I sleep weird, sometimes its muscular. Not to worry.
