Hello my name is Zoe and I have suffered with Panic/Anxiety attacks since the age of 13. I am now 28 and my attacks are not as common as they used to be when I was younger. The anxiety I have at the moment is driving a car for a long distance, say on a motoway or even a dual carriageway. I can handle short journeys but begin to feel uncomfortable if I drive to far away from home. I have many fears as I drive, crashing the car, hurting somebody, losing control of the car because of my anxiety.
It's sounds stupid but I have fought these feelings for years and there have been times when I have just wanted to give up. I have now brought a car.... I have had it nearly 3 weeks and I have been out in it twice.
I feel angry towards myself for feeling like this and know in my heart I have to change this patten.... I have to get in the car and drive it.

Sorry I do go on... Best wishes to everybody[^]
