Hey everyone. Seems like I have become a victim of night attacks again :(
Just woke up to incredibly loud heavy rain. I have quite a fear of thunder and lightning so it really unnerved me just waiting for a loud bang that never happened! I'm still really on edge, and feel a bit taken away by the breathlessness. Middle of the night attacks suck. If anyone else out there is experiencing the same tonight, I'm here for ya :(
