Hello,
I've woke up quite scared this morning but I think I know whats caused it. The past 3 weeks I've been sleeping down stairs on the sofa with 2 cusions and my pillow on top. I've woke up this morning in agony, when I move my neck to the left or the right my chest and my upper back hurts. What do you think it is I'm quite scared at the minute in case it's anything to do with my spine etc.
