Is it just me???

Hi all ive been suffering from anxiety now for 4 months had lots of tests due to all the different symptoms ive been having and have all come back normal but i still cant accept that all my symptoms are related to anxiety, heres a list chest pain jaw ache on left side ibs dizzy spells achy legs feeling sick and lots more but the one that has really got to me over the past 4 days is a burning and painful sensation in my left arm and shoulder which wont go away the docs say its due to anxiety does any body else suffer from this??
I feel like im going crazy!!

Hi there, thank u for your reply ill check that out now im actually driving my family mad at the minute due to this burning sensation as i think its something other than anxiety x
