I've been doing so well recently I hadn't had a full on panic attack in over a year. Nowdue to stressful and unavoidable life situations Im concerned my anxiety is making a bit of a return. I'm getting the odd symptom such as tight throat and foul moods, amoing other things.
I do not want things to return to how they were, I'm very good at recognizing the symptoms for what they are now and thus don't react to them. However I cannot ignore the fact they are on the rise once more.

My partner has just been diagnosed with cancer, the accosiated
stress is unavoidable has anyone who's been through the other side of g.a.d got and pro tips on how to avoid the symptoms of stress from returning?

PS I never took meds I use c.b.t

Hiya

Sorry to hear about your partner. No doubt, that's gonna be stressful.

I take something called Rhodiola. It's supposed to naturally lower the stress hormone cortisol. You could give it a go.

It's hard not to worry at a time like that I suppose. Focus on the positive and do things you enjoy as much as possible.
