Looking for how thers with both asthma and anxiety cope with it. Its the start of winter here and my asthma has made an unwanted appearance. When it kicks in I panic pretty quickly, it takes a quite an effrt to calm down but can get there.
Does anyones anxiety bring on asthma, I have this constant 'restrictive'feeling in my throat just above my collar bone, but no audible wheeze.
Its different to asthma that Im used where its feels wheezy and tight you take the inhaler and it goes away . this is mucch more prolonged and upsetting.
I have starting seeing a breathing coach, just the initial visit so far but great, would highly suggest it for everyone with or without asthma.
