Has anyone ever had this before. Right now (as I write this) my body feels in a state of mild panic i.e feel like I'm not breathing right, feeling like my heart will stop or I am going to pass out along with my body tingleing around my neck and shoulders. However my mind is not panicking, Yes I can feel the discomfort and I seem to be struggling to talk but My mind appears to be on less alertness then my body symptons. As if my mind has give up caring. How strange
