Why is it they pop up when you don't want them grrrrr:ohmy:

I could be way out with this,but I think its because your brain thinks its providing you with information it thinks you want.
The more you treat it as "just another thought", your brain won't give it any more importance than " I need to buy more coffee" or whatever.
I know its easier said than done,but it DOES work.:)
