You know, after all these years I learn to just ignore these things. But you know what? They demand your attention. My meds were increased a number of weeks ago and I just settled down from that. Now I'm back in class and the minute the pressure is turned up a little, here comes a panic attack in the middle of night.
Funny how these things work just as a hint of pressure comes here they are. At least the attack is mild compared to others. It just seems hang around longer in duration at this milder setting. Still, I have to accept it, say "hi" to it, and let it go, more or less. Hopefully as I contiue to vent here I can then slowly fall back to sleep.
Thanks, for listening. Hopefully this can help someone else by seeing you are not alone, good night.
