Should I just stop ?

I was on quite a high dose of this for. While now take 1 mg when I get up don't know why and don't think it helps been doing this for a while , should I just stop as 1 mg is very low and think its mind over matter ?

Doctor said to stop as it's all on the mind but scared

I am sure it would be fine to stop taking 1mg as it is such a low dose but if it makes you feel better try taking half for a few weeks then stopping.
