What kind of symptoms can be caused by anxiety? Can anxiety cause the symptoms that you're worried about because you're focusing too much on them?

Hey Googler I think we make our symptoms or when we have natural things e.g. A headach we exculate that a lot more then what it really is.

Brain zaps
itching aches pains
pounding heart
palpatations
