Hello everyone.:)
I suffer from severe social anxiety, panic attacks and health anxiety.
Since 2005 I've been fairly miserable and isolated but at least I could relax on my own.
My life has been on hold since 2011 and I'm falling apart. 2014 is the worst year yet due to swallowing difficulties bringing on panic attacks that stop me sleeping, eating or concentrating forcing me to pace up & down for hours to try and stay calm.
I've recently decided to try propranolol again which brought me to this site after searching for side effects. It doesn't seem to be working other than weakening the circulation to my hands.
