Does anyone else's anxiety get way worse when they have cold or sinus related things? I can't shake the "but what if it's something else that's worse??" Or "but what if this causes something bad to happen?!" It's bad enough that my head feels like it could explode. Between a stuffy nose, dizziness because of congestion, and this anxiety especially, I can't get the sleep I need to get better! Anyone get like this too? How do you help it go away a little?
