So, like i posted earlier i'm new to panic attacks.
Anyways, With these panic attacks, when im not having a horrible one im super depressed with a literal emotional pressure on my chest, and confused about my feelings. Its almost like i can't distenguish one feeling from another, its like one giant glob of all my feels.
I find nothing funny, and i don't even feel love.
so i have a girlfriend of 2 years, i love her to death.
But since these panic attacks have started, when we cuddle i feel as if i can't get close enough, and when we have sex, i can get an erection but i don't get feel that sexually aroused feeling, same thing happens with porn now.

I'm well on my way on helping myself through these panic attacks, but i don't like not being able to feel, Will medication help sort this out?
