right rib and right breast bone!!!

I am being treated for Bronchitis at the moment but last night and today depends on which way i lay or sit i have a weird tingling numbing sensation next to my right rib on the side and under my breast bone!!!
i wonder if its from coughing??
I went into a panic last night!!:scared15:

This discomfort comes and goes but it is so worrisome !!! My muscles are so tensed from coughing so much .....
