Help me please. I have been hospitalized so many times this year. I stopped taking Effexor XR 150 mg after 16 years because of it not working anymore. I went from 225 to 75 in one day and stayed on 75 mg for a week and then one day of 37.5 and then nothing for the last 8 days. I was put on Lexapro 10 mg 3 weeks ago and raised to Lexapro 20 mg 8 days ago. I am worse than when I entered the hospital. I am, so anxious, so depressed, will not leave my home. Is 20 mg too much?
