I've mentioned before panic/anxiety are never far away. Just today I had a test and a class paper to finish. Neither one a real brain killer, just work. After taking the test online and waiting for my team members parts of the paper, my heart started pounding and a good ld panic attack was rushing in.

It's funny, I had enough to know what they are and when they hit, still for a moment you feel helpless against it anyway. This time I check my blood pressure as I was feeling this and to my surprise my pressure wasn't much higher than normal. In fact my pulse rate was lower.

I guess my point is, after all these years. They still come around to remind me they are still around. But that's okay. Because with knowledge there's power, and maybe that's the point.

Once you stop being so fearful, these things can't bare much importance. Easier said than done of course xx
