I'm having a really hard time dealing with things right now. I'm really anxious at the moment and I'm not doing much apart from sleep and be on the verge of crying.

I'm even struggling to eat as well in part to my OCD. I'm lucky if I'm eating 1 meal a day and I just feel so drained now.

I look OK on the outside because I'm so used to hiding how I feel but I'm falling apart.

I'd do anything to feel happy.

Sorry to hear this. It sounds like you've got yourself into a bit of a rut. Have you spoken to a doctor about your problems? If you are not eating properly and sleeping enough you should get some help for your anxiety, depression and OCD.

I went last week which didn't help. I tell noone anything because they won't understand.

It's not a rut, more of how my life has always been and always will be.
