I've had a theory to my intrusive thoughts,I'm on cbt,I have intrusive thoughts all the time,but I also worry all the time,now my theory is because I worry over relationship have I somehow invented this intrusive thought to block out my relationship worry,since I have had my current intrusive thought I don't worry no more if this makes sense,what do people think ??

Just to clarify, is your theory that you have used intrusive thoughts to distract yourself from your relationship worries?
Yeah,I've kinda made something up in my mind,I no longer have any worries,but just the intrusive thought it's really came out of no where but it has stopped me worrying over anything else
