Eyes

Not really sure where to post this thread. My eyes the last few weeks have been playing me up, i have floaters but i know this is part of anxiety so i am not worried too much, but last night i went to bed as usual, closed my eye but it felt as though my eye lids were twitching, shaky. and my eyes felt they needed to move, my head felt a little shaky as well. Now i never have had this, and it freaked me out, any one else experience this?

Hey there, sorry you're feeling under it. What you describe sounds like a combination of classic tension, anxiety and tiredness. This has happened to me many times before, particularly after lengthy vdu/ipad/iphone sessions. If you continue to be in doubt, get your eyes tested and put your mind at rest. Most importantly stay as calm and relaxed as possible.
