Hi, I have suffered from anxiety for years but last night was something else! Been getting general aches in my left arm more so I my shoulder elbow and fingers! Laat night it was agnoy and down both arms! Suffering from health anxiety I am feering the worse have cried all morning!

Does anyone else have these symptoms and how do u relieve them x

Dont have those symptons but have many more, many times I have broke down crying and have even planned my own funeral many times in my head. I always find a trip to the doctors and some reassurance always lifts my spirits. Keep your chin up.
