Hello to you all,
I've always been a rather anxious person, but I was getting on fine. Until lately. Anxiety has taken over my life: I suffer from panic attacks and live in constant fear of the next one. I'm also a huge hypochondriac, which has me going to my GP at least once a month and constantly trying out alternative healing methods, but nothing really works. My fear is growing daily and the fact that I have palpitations nearly every day doesn't help.
Well...I hope to meet people like me and that we all can help each other.
