Hello everyone
I've suffered from anxiety and OCD for countless years and now care for my adult daughter who has many difficulties including severe anxiety, depression and OCD. I like to think that my experiences can protect her from the failings of her community mental health team! I have to say that I'm unimpressed by the services on offer so far...(10 years and counting)
I find some light relief in watching Crystal Palace FC when I can and am looking forward to another season in the Prem!
I try to get by on a daily dose of 5mg cipralex and tonnes of pet therapy. Oh and my cat also has OCD! :D
