I'm not the worlds most prolific poster as it takes me a while (a long while) to get settled in a forum...
But here goes....

I'm 54, at 15 years old i walked out of school halfway through the day,and have only been outside a few times since.
I've since been diagnosed with Agoraphobia,severe depression..
I barely know what my town centre looks like now...

I'm not asking for any sympathy/kind words etc (although theres nothing wrong with that) i am however asking for anyone to give me a simple hello...

You see if someone out there says hello and know i exist... i'm not alone...

I'm fairly new to this site and I don't feel overly comfortable posting on the forum. Everybody seems lovely but I'm pretty insecure so I don't tend to join in very often. However, I felt compelled to say hello :)

I'm 35 and suffer with severe social and general anxiety which keeps me at home a lot. So no, you are definitely not alone.

Frequency of posting is not important as the forum is here to be used in the way that is most beneficial to you.

Some people post loads, others post very little.
