Havent been feeling good these last few days. Was stressed about whether to stay at college or not even though I will I keep torturing myself! Also im dreading Christmas with my family because I have to pretend everything is OK just like last year. Sometimes I think I am going to explode!!

Hi Matt,have you tried to explain things to your family and not bottle it all up.Pretending is not good,you are just building it all up inside.Family cant support you if they dont know pet.
