Hi there
I'm not sure if this is anything to do with my anxiety or panic.
I have been to my doctor, a neuroligist and a counsellor all who we're unsure of what I described.
When I was ten I had a funny turn where I was leaving a building at night time and all of a sudden my eyes just became overpowering. I could not focus and it almost felt all 3d. I'd keep blinking but it would not shift. It all seemed brighter.
This continued through out my teenager life in Paris on holiday, in nights out with friends, right up to last week while jumping on a bouncy castle with my children when I had to leave.
It feels horrible and I have to leave what I'm doing and hide away. I also start yawning a lot when it happens and feel panicky,worried its serious. These just spring on me at any point. I don't feel ill before or anything. It's not painful just disturbing.
They last between 30minutes to 2 hours. If I go to sleep I wake up fine again.
I also worry bout having another one as they are unplesant. Any ideas?
