Any advice please it's playing in my mind,today every time I go to do anything in house or garden I feel puffy panty breathless ,husband says it's not obvious I'm not looking out of breath,I went to shop and was fine ,when I sit I'm fine,I had heart monitor and several ecgs last yr heart fine and I'm not asthmatic I did try daughters blower thing and got 450 which I think is fine,can anxiety cause this please? So worried

Yes anxiety can cause this! I get this every so often followed by dizziness. The only way I can get relief is by either distracting myself from it or lying down. Try putting on a DVD and relaxing for a bit and it should subside when you start to forget about it xXx

I agree with Jen, the best way to get rid of it is try and distract yourself and forget about it :)
