Hi everyone
My names Carmella I'm 28 and have been suffering from panic attacks since the age of 14 my last attack was 6 years ago and I've recently started suffering from them again. I recently had a miscarriage at 11 weeks which I didn't know about due to the negligence of my doctor surgery and have recently changed drs I'm not sure if this is why my anxiety has come back
I find night times the worse I sometimes sit up all night for the fear of going to sleep and not waking up I've stopped going out and have secluded myself from my friends. I find it very hard to speak to my partner about it infact he's clueless to the turmoil I'm in.
I just want to be back to my happy self again
