Hi everyone!
I'm Liz, 25 year old anxiety sufferer which on bad days can lead to feeling pretty darn depressed. Had it for approx a year and a half due to an accumulation of things - deaths, new house, new stressful job, and mostly pressuring myself to feel happy.
Currently not on medication as touchwood my good days outweigh bad. Techniques I find useful when I'm in a good routine are CBT, daily Mindfulness practice and just generally trying to stay positive.
I suffer a lot with feeling unreal, very alone and a bit light headed, and I just hate panic attacks :-( I've had a couple in the past few weeks and I wanted to join this forum as this bloody illness can make us all feel very alone, so it seems like a good reminder daily that we aren't :)
