Hello! I can't believe I never knew about this forum til now. I've been suffering from generalized anxiety pretty much my whole life. But in the last three years I've began to suffer from panic attacks.
Most of them are related to my health, and things like that. It's simple for me to tell myself nothing is usually wrong, but there's always that part of my head that sends off alarm bells, lol.
I've already been reading a slew of advice on here, some of it has been very helpful. So I figured I'd register myself!
