I'm such an idiot and have spiralled into shit!!! I took ecstasy yesterday and now I can't sleep and feel like I'm about to have a heart attack!! Paramedics have been out and done an ECG which was all good. I've had little sleep too....feel like I'm hallucinating!!! I'm sooo scared someone help :( :(

If it was going to harm you it would have done it by now. Generally actual MDMA is pretty harmless once in a while, the real problem is what it's cut with. If you were going to have an adverse reaction to the MDMA it would have been pretty quick after you took it not much later, and similarly if it was cut with something poisonous that would be apparent pretty quickly. You're fine. :)
