I posted earlier about the ibs but it's not entirely ibs, so I wasn't sure where to post. But NOW I'm posting about not just the physical symptoms but the HORRIBLE FEAR. & ANXIETY. & PANIC that these health fears produce. I don't know if I'm posting in right area. Now because I know there's a panic attack forum, but I'm talking about different aspects of the whole health anxiety thing. If anyone would be interesting in pm, that would be good for me . I'm alone a lot & I live in the United States. & I know most people here are in UK so phone calls would be expensive. I see a therapist. & psychiatrist. & Take Xanax which helps me some but I really need real people with similar issues I can relate to.
