Lymph Nodes Lower Back?

Are there lymph nodes in the lower back on either side of the spine above the hip? I've had movable ball like lumps there for at least a couple years. Anyone else have this?

Hi there, I'm wondering if you still have these lumps? I have currently noticed 8-10 moveable lumps in my lower back, just above my hips on both sides. I'm trying to remain positive, but I can't seem to find many people who have the same thing. Did anything come of this?

I don’t think there are lymph nodes there.. probably lipomas?

I have CLL and many swollen lymph nodes but none there as yet..
