I have had pain in my leg that started 2 days ago with a throbbing, inconsistent, sharp pain in my shin area. I woke up today and when I move or stretch my foot there is pain in my shin area going down to my ankle and the top of my foot. I am worried about a clot in my leg. I always read that inactivity can create blood clots but they never say how inactive. I play a lot of video games but I get up and walk around at least every hour or 2. And I normally work out every day (not this past month because Ive had a sinus infetion) but the day It started hurting I was at six flags, then I swam yesterday, and jogged today. could it be a clot?
