Can anyone help me please

Hi, I ve been massively depressed and anxious forthe last 7 years now. My marriage failed my engineering job failed. Everything job i've tried since has failed. I've attempted suicide on a number of occaisins. had medication, councelling, pshycotherapy, over 10 different medications. None is getting me further. I feel I need to stay in a home for the rest of my life (I'm 51). I have 3 children in their teens and older, and I'm afraid for them too.
There's something desparately wrong with me . Can anyone help. Thanks.
