Kalms?

Hi everyone :)

Has anyone found a little relief from using kalms? (I suffer from anxiety but would prefer to take natural substances)

I have used them in the past and found them helpful. Also like Bach flower rescue remedy.

I tried Kalms for a little while without it having any effect on me.My anxiety is pretty bad, so probably why.

It will depend on how bad your anxiety is.If you have really bad anxiety, then I would say that it wouldn't help most people.

Everything is worth a try, though.You never know.

I was the same didnt even begin to touch me ,but everyone is different xx
