hi ive just started cbt again as I had it a couple of years ago but it didn't really help but I started to get intrusive thoughts and they scared the life out of me so I self referd myself to IAPT. but the therapist I have got has told me he is more on the behaviour side than the cogniv side (sorry cant spell it) BUT im not sure if by dealing with the behaviour side which he is trying with me will help me overcome the GAD as he did say that dealing with the behaviour side would lesson the GAD as he says its that which is keeping the anxiety going so im just wondering if anyone else has just had the behaviour therapy and if the therapist is right in what he says as im abit confused with it all
