Hi all
i had suffered over 6 years of my life with acute generalised anxiety which began with panic attacks. I was in my late teens first time & v unhappy with home & college life. The second time I had just turned 40 & had a classic midlife crisis!
yes I've suffered every symptom going, months of insomnia, loss of weight, loss of emotions, fear of crowds, enclosed spaces & going out, sharp objects, fear of harming loved ones.... the list goes on.
My life is completely back on an even keel, I have a lot of experience with recovery & if I can add any helpful comments to the forums I will.
