Is this the same type as mitrazapine?
Started 60 mg on this no side effects
Yet 7.5mg of mitrazapine knocked me out for a day

No, Duloxetine is the same type as Venlafaxine, its an SNRI. Mirtazapine is very different.
Mirtazapine will have knocked you out for the day as it works on histamine receptors big time at the lower doses.
