I always feel guilty for coming back here, perhaps I should spend more of my time here when I'm well...
I guess I'm just back to get it off my chest how crap I feel, plagued with worry constantly...
How is it that panic disorders seem to evolve? You conquer a part of it only for it to modify itself in order to drag you down in new ways.
Anyone ever feel like this?
