Hello everyone. After spending several days reading posts on here which have really helped me I thought I'd join in!
I am a 47 yr female, been suffering with stress and anxiety for about a year now. Health, especially heart anxiety is my big problem. It's getting worse, had a panic attack on Tuesday at work, worst ever and still have anxiety symptoms now, 5 days later. I've had 2 sessions of CBT and really hope it starts to work soon. I'm currently convinced I'll collapse with a fatal heart rhythm!
Am looking forward to an anxiety free life, cos life at the moment isn't much fun!
